Sally Laker, Managing Director

Sally Laker has been with the company since its launch in 1996. Over the past 15 years, she has steered the Bournemouth based business through a dynamic period of growth that has confirmed Mortgage Intelligence as the leader in its field. It is the UK's largest mortgage distribution channels, which completed £3.5bn in loans during the last financial year.

Sally has been involved in the mortgage market for over 30 years and was previously with the Royal, Norwich Union and Prolific (Provincial) setting up regional mortgage centres in order to generate life and mortgage business.

Sharon Mawby, Head of Sales and Marketing

Sharon manages the sales, marketing and proposition strategy or the network and mortgage club. Having joined in January 2002 following roles at Bristol & West and Commercial Union Life Assurance Company, she has over 22 years financial services business development and field sales expertise.

Andrea Rollett, Head of Business Quality

Andrea has 25 years experience within the financial services industry including time spent as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser at NatWest and a Private Banking Manager at RBS. She first joined Mortgage Intelligence in 2003 and has overall responsibility for the networks business quality including Training,Audit and the authorisation of new appointed representatives.

Stephen Adams, Head of Compliance

Steve joined Mortgage Intelligence in 2004 in preparation for the FSA regulation. He is responsible for the compliance and risk management across both brands within the network. He has over 10 years of experience within financial services which includes Auditor with a national IFA.
